Grenfell architect calls in liquidators
The architect that designed the Grenfell Tower refurbishment scheme has gone into voluntary liquidation.
Documents filed at Companies House show that Studio E appointed Carter Clark as liquidators last week after agreeing to wind-up the business.
Studio E owes £144,000 to creditors according to the liquidator’s report.
The statement of affairs was signed off by Studio E director Andrzej Kuszell.
Studio E previously went into liquidation in 2014 and has been giving evidence to the Grenfell Inquiry.
