Nationwide Recruitment has a job vacancy for Grounds Person at Hartpury, Gloucestershire

Start Date: October 2025

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Groundsperson / Maintenance Landscaper wanted at sports college in Hartpury, Gloucester. The job is to assist with the maintenance of sports fields and the schools grounds, working with a small team of gardeners. Duties will include maintaining playing fields (football pitches, hockey pitches, athletics and cricket), grass cutting, irrigation, fertilizing, seeding and care of artificial sports pitches and other general landscape maintenance duties.

Previous experience as groundsperson or in amenity sports turf care essential. Any qualifications in Sports and Amenity turf maintenance or landscape machinery (ride on mowers, brush cutters, leaf blowers) would be an advantage.

Applicants will be required to take a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check before commencing employment. Immediate starts are available.

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Duration: 3 months.

Rate of pay: £16.50 per hour.
