Vehicle collection job available for a HGV Class 1 driver for a Civil Engineering Contractor from a depot at Scunthorpe. 1 day booking Tuesday 25/08/26 - Same week payment Friday 28/08/26
Job is is to collect 27T curtain sided lorry with trailer attachment. Working for a Civil Engineering company at Scunthorpe. Job is to go with a driver from Scunthorpe depot and collect HGV from Abington Services on M74. The return journey to Scunthorpe is maximum 12 hours, with 6 hours actual driving. Need to have HGV Class 1.
Rate of pay: £30.00 per hour working 12 hr shift paid £360.00 – PAYE or Self Employed
Hours of work: Early start 4.30am – paid minimum full 12 hour shift regardless of return time.
Duration: Temporary 1 day
