We have a 6 month booking for a Site Manager on a multi storey carpark refurbishment project at Portsmouth.
We have a 6 month booking for a Site Manager on a project starting Monday 13/04/26 at Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth. Working for a regional civil engineering contractor. The project is the refurbishment and concrete repairs of multistorey car park. The work involves managing and overseeing the repairs, resin coating of decking plus coating and fire encasing steel trimmer beams. Work is control of daily operations, programme co ordination and sequencing works with Sub contractors and employees. Maintaining H&S and the quality standards of the works.
Applicant needs minimum Gold Card SMSTS and preferably from a civils experience background.
Rate of pay: £30.00 per hour – Self Employed or PAYE
Hours of work: 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Duration: Temporary 6 Months plus
Payroll on Mondays, payment every Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months
