Booking for a Tree Surgeon to start work for Staffordshire Council from the Bilbrook Depot, Codsall. The job is working with the Highways Management team.
We have a 6 month booking for a Tree Surgeon to start work for Staffordshire Council from the Bilbrook Depot, Codsall. The job is working with the Highways Management team. A tree surgeon (arborist) must be is a trained professional to manage, maintain and repair trees to ensure their health, safety and aesthetic appeal. The work is at height to perform pruning, crown thinning, and tree removal, while also conducting safety assessments, identifying hazards. Work involves using chainsaws and tree cutting equipment. Depot will provide council van and support labour to assist. Need to be experienced and qualified NPTC/LANTRA with climbing and cutting accreditation. Ongoing work with Council
Rate of pay £30.00 per hour Self Employed
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7.00am to 3.30pm
Duration: 6 months plus
